Webinar – Guidance for PAYGo RBFs – measuring and incentivising sustained energy access

GOGLA and the World Bank’s ESMAP are hosting a roundtable webinar to introduce a new Guidance Note on integrating consumer‑centric KPIs into PAYGo results‑based financing schemes. The 90‑minute session will feature a presentation of the guidance, case studies from programmes that have piloted these metrics (MAIS Energia in Mozambique, NNNF in Malawi, and BGFA), and a moderated discussion on the practicality, challenges, and value of adopting consumer‑centric KPIs.

The roundtable will convene participants from ESMAP, government partners, RBF fund managers, dMRV providers, and programme designers to enable candid exchange. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of the KPIs, greater confidence in applying them, and an opportunity to join a peer group advancing good practice in this area.
