The Zambia Decentralized Renewable Energy Days

The event will be an opportunity for the GRZ to share their renewed commitment to DRE electrification with the sector, launch the Presidential 1,000 Mini-grid Initiative and the Hardest to Reach Initiative as well as highlight key commitments from international donors to the energy access space. As part of their efforts SEforALL, AMDA, GOGLA, GDC and the Solar Industry Association of Zambia (SIAZ) are inviting the energy and development sector to Lusaka to create a fora for transformative connections and partnerships, engage in key initiatives and discuss how to overcome regulatory challenges and market barriers to achieve a common goal.
